ABOUT THE COURSE
The Foundations of Lucid Dreaming is a unique approach to the practice of lucid dreaming, unlike anything currently available.
Its comprehensive and integral approach allows you to unlock the potential of your nighttime – and daytime – mind using a number of techniques that are exclusive to this course. Lucid dreams work with a subtle dimension of mind, which is one reason the practice can be challenging.
By becoming familiar with these subtle dimensions during the day with Eastern methods like meditation and the practice of illusory form, you will naturally find yourself having more lucid dreams.
So for the serious student of lucid dreaming, studying the Buddhist and Hindu views of mind and reality is indispensable for empowering the dream world.
